Investigate the accidents on site and prepare a root cause analysis report with proposed measures for rectification.

Monitoring and implementation of the road safety compliance in work zones for routine and major maintenance.

To provide regular training and guidance to the supervisors and workers regarding work zone safety and implementing the safety guidelines.

Conduct periodical safety mock drills and provide safety training to RPOs, CROs, Paramedic and maintenance supervisors.

Periodical check on functionality of 24*7 helpline no. and Emergency call Both, routine maintenance activities schedule.
